Sea & sail
Day dedicated to sailing enthusiasts aboard a luxurious Bavaria 50 (15 meters) along the Cilentan coast admiring the scenic natural landscape. Between a dive and the other in crystal clear waters, so much sun, relaxation and good cuisine with seafood specialties.
The boat is equipped for 10 beds, with 3 bathrooms, kitchen, fridge, cockpit table, hot water.
Daily, weekly or romantic candlelit dinners can be booked

TREKKING EXCURSION

Knowledge and flavors
Visit to the archaeological site of Paestum and the National Museum. Visit with a tasting of a buffalo farm, a winegrowing company, a Chilean white figs manufacturing company and a liquor company.

Wellness
Visit a winery with tasting of local specialties and renowned Fiano and Aglianico wines. The tour continues at one of the most innovative SPAs in central and southern Italy. The wellness center, as well as swimming pools, pools and showers fed with sea water, offers the possibility of choosing relaxing water, steam and tepori paths, thalasso chromotherapy, treatments such as massages, wraps, peeling, scrubs and enjoying the beautiful view from solarium.

Nature and relaxation
Day devoted entirely to nature. Walking along the banks of the River Calore, amongst paths and landscapes rich in vegetation, we will admire various natural beauties with canoeing or more comfortable pedal boats along the river.
The lazy ones will be able to spend the afternoon at the pool after enjoying the specialties of the Cilento tradition. You can not miss a visit to the Farm Museum and the old town between the lanes and the baronial palaces.
Alternatively: naturalistic walks in the Cilento National Park, with the possibility to reach Monte Gelbison (1740 mt, directly by car) and visit the Sanctuary.
